Hi, I’m Noah Berkson.

After helping teach a course at Stanford University on human relationships in the age of AI, I was inspired to launch Irreplaceable – an education platform that equips students and young professionals with the human skills needed to thrive in an AI-driven world.

A lot of people know me as the Founder of DevBase, a company that staffed hundreds of software engineers to tech companies in the US along with Candor Ventures, a venture fund and studio. My partner Peter and I sold both in 2021 and 2022 respectively. I also co-founded Commonground which became the leading farmland leasing marketplace and was acquired in early 2026.

I currently lead Austin Capital, a single family office which operates, incubates and invests in fintech and financial service companies.

My favorite thing in the world is bringing people together which led me to build Outcove an invite only retreat for founders and investors who prioritize depth, authenticity and connection and Weekend Of Man an invite only adult summercamp for people pursuing better versions of themselves through epic challenges. I’m also an active member of Young Presidents Organization.
