Hi, I’m Noah Berkson.

I recently launched a community called Irreplaceable that teaches students and young professionals soft skills to become irreplaceable in the age of AI.

A lot of people know me as the Founder of DevBase, a company that staffed hundreds of software engineers to tech companies in the US along with Candor Ventures, a venture fund and studio. My partner Peter and I sold both in 2021 and 2022 respectively.

I currently lead Austin Capital, a single family office which operates, incubates and invests in fintech and financial service companies along with Commonground, a farmland leasing marketplace + embedded crop insurance company. 

My favorite thing in the world is bringing people together which led me to build Outcove an invite only retreat for founders and investors who prioritize depth, authenticity and connection and Weekend Of Man an invite only community of people pursuing better versions of themselves through epic challenges. I’m also an active member of Young Presidents Organization.
